Hey Big Ringers. Just a heads-up about my winter spin and core program. It will run every Tuesday night from 7-9pm at the RACenter. The program focuses on base-building and core strength. We spend about 1h30 in the saddle followed by core session using balls and weights. We start on Nov 20 and the program will go for 16 weeks (to March). We already have a couple of Big Ring members on board. I have 3 spots left.
