As you all know, having a well-trained pit crew is key to a successful race. Keeping that in mind, I have decided to put my crew through a rigourous training routine. The training has begun starting with the simplest task - inflating a tire.
Amélie demonstrates the proper technique for inflating tire using
a floor pump. Notice how her feet are well place on the foot-holds!
Service with a smile. Nice finish!

Next up for the crew - cleaning and lubing the chain!
